This Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated by reference into the Apex Aminos Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through https://apexaminos.org (the “Website”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all products sold by Apex Aminos are for research use only and are subject to the conditions below.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
1.1 Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days following payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
1.2 Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
1.3 Apex Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Research-Use Products — Final Sale Policy
2.1 Due to the specialized nature of research-only laboratory materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
2.2 Apex Aminos does not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering errors made by the customer
- Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
- Carrier delays or customs-related issues
- Products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with
2.3 Products are not eligible for return because they are not intended for human or animal use and cannot be reintroduced into inventory once shipped.
3. Limited Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
Refunds or replacements may be considered solely under the following conditions:
- The customer received an incorrect product, or
- The product arrived defective or damaged due to shipping or fulfillment error
All eligibility determinations are made at the sole discretion of Apex Aminos.
4. Mandatory Notification Timeline
4.1 Claims for incorrect, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
4.2 Claims submitted after this timeframe will be automatically denied, without exception.
4.3 All claims must include:
- Clear photographs of the product and original packaging (where applicable)
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
5. Review & Resolution
5.1 Apex Aminos will review all eligible claims promptly upon receipt of required documentation.
5.2 If a claim is approved, Apex Aminos may, at its discretion:
- Issue a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
5.3 Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5.4 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where the error was caused solely by Apex Aminos.
6. Shipping Risk & Loss
6.1 Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is tendered to the shipping carrier.
6.2 Apex Aminos is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after carrier acceptance.
6.3 Customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include tracking and insurance when available.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Orders may be canceled only prior to processing.
7.2 Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
7.3 Processing typically begins shortly after payment confirmation.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
8.1 Customers agree to contact Apex Aminos directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
8.2 Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
- Order refusal
- Account suspension
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
9. No Medical or Regulatory Claims
9.1 Apex Aminos products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
9.2 Refund eligibility is not affected by research outcomes, experimental results, or third-party interpretations of product use.
